Greetings Yuletide writer,

I am VampirePaladin on AO3.  I don’t like backing my writer into a corner. Other than my Do Not Wants I am super flexible and if you want to ignore any ideas or prompts I have and do something completely different then go for it. If you have an idea that edges close to my Do Not Wants then please send a message to me through the mods and I will be happy to tell you if it is alright.

Honestly, as long as it doesn't hit my do not wants I'm fine.  I like being surprised and I love it when someone combines what they love with what I love.  I do post my letter to Crueltide and I do enjoy dark content in my fic, if you want to write that, but I'm never sure how to prompt for it. If you don't like dark fic then I also enjoy stuff in a lighter tone.  Basically, I'm really easy to please and it's rare for me to dislike anything I've been gifted.

DC Super Hero Girls (Web Series)
Characters: Kara Zor-El (DC Super Hero Girls), Koriand'r (DC Super Hero Girls)

I’ve seen all the webisodes, the movies, and I’ve read Finals Crisis and Hit or Myths. If you decide that you don't want to write both characters then it is fine to just write about Kara.

I’d love to see the two form a closer bond. They are both solar powered alien girls, and while Koriand’r and Komand’r have a better relationship than in most versions, in most versions neither Kara nor Kori are able to go home.  I had actually been talking to a friend of mine right before watching Intergalactic Games about how I thought the two characters could become good friends in general.  Then I watch Intergalactic Games and it gives the two girls a decent amount of interaction.  Maybe the two could work on a school project together?

I do love that the show is so light hearted and I don't want it to change in canon, but I would love to see fic that deals with darker subject matter.  Stuff like dealing with drug dealers, human trafficking, the first time a student encounters a corpse, etc.  I'd also enjoy stuff like what happens if you walk in on your roommate having sex?  Or even just one of the teachers lecturing on a really disturbing criminal.  Do you want to write something serious but not too dark or sexual?  How about something dealing with evidence.

If you'd like to write a crossover, I'd love to see Super Hero High having a, mostly friendly, rivalry with an original Marvel school in the same style.  While taking inspiration from Avengers Academy is fine I'd prefer something that's high school aged and includes the mutant characters, so closer to X-Men Evolution.

Shipping?  I have a ton of options for this fandom.  I'd adore Kara with Kori, Barbara, Carrol, Barry, Hal, Selina, Komand'r, or Platinum.  I'd enjoy Kori with Kara, Diana, Pamela, Karen, Victor, Komand'r, or Platinum.  Those were just the characters off the top of my head that are already in the show that I'd enjoy.  If you want to create a DC Super Hero Girls version of a character that hasn't shown up to ship either girl with that's fine just as long as you aren't using anybody that CW Kara has been romantically paired with in the Supergirl show.  If you want to do a crossover ship with Marvel then I'm pretty open to most any male or female hero except Vision, but my favorites are, in no particular order, Steve Rogers, Scott Summers, Jean Grey, Wanda Maximoff, Pietro Maximoff, Kamala Khan, Gwen Stacey (Spider-Gwen), Felicia Hardy, Ororo Munroe, and Daisy Johnson.

If you are into world building I'd love to see more of that.  I'd also love seeing DC Super Hero Girls versions of characters that haven't shown up yet.  Zatanna performing magic tricks for her friends?  John Constantine showing up as a substitute teacher for June?  Jay Garrick teaching chemistry or physics?  Confusion when Power Girl also shows up for classes?

It was really hard to choose what to request on this fandom.  I also adore Karen and Helena, while I'm also fond of Kendra.  I ended up choosing to just request Jay.  Do you have a favorite Marvel or DC character?  Want to have them meet, team-up with or work together with Jay?  I'd love to read that fic.  Young Jay teaming up with Classic Jay?  I love both versions of him so that would be great!  Shipping wise I'd love to see a romance with him and any female superhero from DC or Marvel. 

I admit that I haven't finished reading this series yet, but I know a lot of spoilers for it.  So don't worry about that. 

I'd love to see interaction between the Society members.  Maybe even a relatively light hearted adventure? Maybe put Jay up against a reimagined version of a particular villain?  Jay and another member of the team trapped somewhere together and working together to get back home?  An AU where Jay was a female character would be interesting (I'd be open to any F/F or F/M ships for that).

Showing me more about Jay's hobbies and interests would be great. 

I'd also really love some Earth 2 world building. I want to know more about the media, about the sports, about every day life.  How has every day life been changed by the previous invasion?

JLX (Comics)
Characters: Pietro Allen (JLX)

I was really tempted to request Any for this fandom, as all four characters fascinate me, but I decided to stick with just one. You can draw on the rest of the material from Amalgam or not as you choose. I’m interested at stuff both going further out into the wider Amalgam universe, stuff focused on the JLX, or stuff focused on Pietro in specific.

Before the split, I'm curious how he became a part of the JLA to begin with.  I'd love to see interaction with any of the other nominated characters (Ray, Beatriz, Runaway).  How is J'onn as a mentor to him?  What was it like being on the run from the metamutant hunting sentinels? 

I'm curious about his relation to Blaze Allen.  It's mentioned on Pietro's trading card that he might have a little demon in him as well, I'd love to see that elaborated on.  In JLX he mentions not being fast enough to help the Flash in the nonexistent comic "Flash and the Scarlet Witch".  What is that about?  I mean despite being created partially from Pietro Maximoff and Wanda Maximoff, Pietro Allen and Wanda Zatara have no connection in Amalgam based on the information provided.

I'd love to see interaction with any member of the JLA or the JLX, before or after the split in the team.  The nominated characters are the ones I'm most interested in but I'm always open to any platonic relationship.  I'd also love to see more of Pietro adapting to living in the present.

If you are a bit more knowledgeable on Marvel and DC I'd love to see how the Amalgam Universe would look now after so many years of changes (like with how DC has killed, replaced, then merged Superman and the whole Hydra Cap thing at Marvel then Super-Soldier has got to have been a mess for awhile).  I'm interested in how the Winter Soldier storyline would have played out in this verse.  I headcanon that this universe's Winter Soldier type character would be Kara Zor-El + Bucky Barnes and would be a female character.  Is there an Amalgam Cinematic Universe?  Amalgam Super Hero Girls?  Does CW have shows about Hawkeye, Speed Demon, and American Girl?  Who would Kamala Khan and Spider-Gwen be be combined with?  Amalgam version the the New 52? So many possibilities. Or even just a crossover between Amalgam and the regular universe of Marvel or DC.  The only thing I ask is that if you decide to include Supergirl somehow, one of my favorite comic book characters, that you don't use the New Earth Kara Zor-El as that is the only version of Kara Zor-El that I don't like.

I am also reading Kara’s current solo series as it comes out in trades, so you are more than welcome to pull from that if you want to. As long as it is the current Kara and not the previous Kara from New Earth you can pull from any of her current DC appearances.

I love this Kara’s journey from an angry teenager, blindly hating Kon, to a true superheroine. I love her friendship with Siobhan and would love to see them reconcile after the Red Lantern vs Silver Banshee fight. I also love Kara’s relationship with the other Red Lanterns when she was a part of Guy’s team and would love to see more interaction there, especially with Guy himself (this is actually my first exposure to Guy and I really liked him). More of Kara’s life either at the Crucible or on her own on Earth would be fun. I know that in the rest of DC that Clark died and was replaced by another Clark. I’d like to see more Kara responding to her cousin’s death and preserving his legacy. I’m not at all a fan of how that just got tossed aside when they merged the two Clarks. I’ve read the Starfire solo comic and would love to see a Supergirl and Starfire team up. I think the two could have fun together and could become good friends. I’m fascinated with her father being Cyborg Superman. I'm totally in love with AUs for this fandom as well.  I like creepy and occult stuff especially in my AUs. 

Reading an original adventure for Kara would be really fun too!  I'm open to almost any M/F or F/F ships for Kara (including Supergirl/Power Girl), except for Kara/Clark and Kara with anybody the CW Kara has been paired with.  If you have a particular favorite DC or Marvel character then I'd love to see them team up with Kara.  Crossover ships with Marvel are also awesome.

I'd love some type of twisted fairy tale like thing with Kara.  I don't know how it could work, but I'd love it.
